What do you need help with?
We are delighted to hear you are interested in being a Cityzen. To ensure that data is collected correctly, we’ve developed a simple training guide to help you through this process.
Before arriving at the run, please ensure that you have completed the training. Also be sure to sign up for the run and provide accurate contact information so that your run leader can communicate with you in case run details change at the last minute.
If you have signed up on the website, you will have to sign up again on the app, and vice versa. Unfortunately, we haven’t created a sign-on for the website and app just yet, but watch this space. In the meantime, you will need to create logins the first time you access either of these platforms. Please use the same email address for both platforms.
The first step is to ensure that you have completed the training for Run Leaders. This is available on the same training platform that you used to become a runner. Once you have completed that training, you will be able to see all of the information that you need to organise a run.
