Cityzens Hubs are local civil society organisations that act as social infrastructure and provide space for Cityzens to host activations and plan advocacy campaigns.

We aim to have one Hub per city. We now have Hubs in Lagos, Accra and Nairobi. Soon to launch in Johannesburg. If there is no Hub in your city, consider hosting one by submitting your application below.

If you qualify, please apply below by completing the Cityzens Hub Application form and reviewing the supporting materials.
- Are you a locally-registered not-for-profit or social enterprise?
- Are you youth-privileged, community centred and working at the city level?
- Are you actively working an area relevant to one of the three UrbanBetter focus areas: the air we breathe (e.g. air pollution, waste management), the ways we move (e.g. transport, walkability, green/blue infrastructure), the food we eat (food environments) or in climate change/sustainability?
- Are you interested in using data and physical activity for advocacy?
- Are you energised by organisational values like participation, equity, inclusion, curiosity, collaboration, joy, empathy and hope?
